I uploaded my first YouTube video in 2015 after years of binge-watching the likes of Naptural85, MahoganyCurls, and other natural hair community OGs, who had inspired me to transition from relaxed to natural hair. As I publicly embraced my own hair texture, people embraced my story and my perspective.

 

My curiosity eventually grew beyond hair and into the broader beauty spectrum.

Born into a family of educators, my true gift is teaching, and that is the driving force for every "how-to" and "DIY" content piece I create. My favorite comments to receive are the ones that say, "Thank you, I finally get it now!" and "You explained this so well!" My goal is to influence others to be confident in their ability to learn and master new beauty skills. If I can do it, you can do it too!
